At Scoop Retail we believe shopping should be easy, and enjoyable, and that visiting a physical store should always be better than shopping online.

We believe in delivering beautiful, engaging brand experiences for shoppers, and that store associate should be confident brand ambassadors – empowered to deliver the great quality service that your customers deserve.

We believe that retailers should be doing more to deliver the seamless and connected experience that modern consumers expect.

Easy & affordable – two words that are at the very heart of our business. We feel that all retailers should have access to our technology and that taking this step towards better, more profitable stores should not be intimidating. That’s why we operate on a Software-as-a-Service model.

Thanks to our proven and powerful platform approach we are able to keep our set-up cost to an absolute minimum, then we simply charge a license fee per device. This makes it really easy for retailers to trial our applications, risk-free, and experience the return on investment for themselves.

We know that every retail operation is different, with its own unique set of challenges. We work with you to understand your needs and aspirations, and develop a plan to exceed them.


Our out-of-the-box applications are fully customisable, however we design completely bespoke solutions or work with your internal or external design teams.


We like to think that 90% of the hard work has already be done. The final 10% is integration and customisation. Our experienced team of front and back end developers craft and customise our range of applications so that they ultimately deliver the exact experience our clients require.


The Scoop Retail platform includes a powerful integration engine that allows us to plug into a very wide array of different systems currently used by retailers. The platform is designed to be a non-intrusive system that will work with any configuration of IT infrastructure, assuming that the relevant data can be made available.


We have a number of great hardware partners who can procure, install and maintain all of the hardware you require. We can manage this process for you – effectively becoming your one-stop-shop for in-store digital – or, of course, we can work with a supplier of your choosing.


Scoop Retail applications are self-monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our SaaS licence agreement also gives our clients full access to our support team.
